Jason Householder is the creative founder and CEO of LenDR Advising, a company that provides practice expansion services, strategic advising, and customised financing options to empower dentistry and dental professionals.

Jason has established LenDR Consulting as a reliable partner for practitioners wishing to start, grow, or streamline their practices thanks to his more than 20 years of experience in healthcare lending, financial strategy, and small business consulting. Under his direction, the business has assisted hundreds of veterinarians, dentists, and other health care providers in obtaining the tools and knowledge required to create successful, patient-centered enterprises.

Jason takes a very client-focused approach. He thinks that financial solutions should be in line with long-term corporate objectives rather than just obtaining funding. His special combination of operational acumen, market expertise, and strategic vision enables clients to confidently and clearly negotiate the challenges of practice ownership.

As the Vice President of Business Development at LenDR Consulting, I bring over 30 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a deep focus on dentistry. Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with healthcare professionals on various initiatives, speaking their language and providing valuable support in areas such as continuing education, practice transitions, practice intelligence, management consulting, and recruitment. I’ve had the privilege of partnering with solo practitioners, practices, and Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) to drive their success. Choosing to join LenDR  Consulting was an easy decision and a natural next step for me.
 
At LenDR Consulting, I help prospects and clients navigate healthcare practice financing by developing custom solutions for practice loans, equipment financing, refinance options, and much more.
